Yash Singh’s fascination with cars and planes began at a young age. He would study them, learning about how they worked. In fact, he did that with everything, taking apart TV’s, Phones, Cars, anything he could get his hands on. This led to a strong understanding of the Electronics and Mechanics in the everyday objects that surround us.

It’s because of those experiences that Yash was able to come up with the concept that led to the formation of Avi Vehicles Corporation.

Yash will work directly with all the executives of Avi Vehicles Corporation to ensure he is well informed on everything happening within the company.

He will use that information to ensure the company is living within its mission, and to guide it to success.

Brett Horikiri is a metal fabricator by day, car enthusiast by night. He owns a 2004 Subaru WRX that he’s done plenty of amateur Rally’s with. He’s owned a lot of cars and, not even one of them was a boring automatic.

He understands the workings of cars like the back of his hand and knows how to push a car until it breaks - Often.

If he’s not in a car, then you’ll find him on a bike. BMX Or Mountain, Brett Never Stops chasing thrills and perfecting his skill.

He’s responsible for overseeing the team that will be responsible for testing and producing our vehicles.

Franco Maloto is a KPU BBA Marketing Student, with immense knowledge on all of our competitors vehicle offerings. From a young age, Franco obsessed over cars of all makes and models, learning about every trim level of every model from every manufacturer.

“If you ask him about a car sold in Canada, he’ll teach you about it, I guarantee it.” - Yash.

At Avi Vehicles corporation, Franco will be responsible for creating the vision for the Marketing team, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations.

Chief Finance Officer

Matt Tudor has been a Finance and Accounting professional for over 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Australia and has worked in Australia, the UK and Canada. Matt started his career in public practice before moving to industry where he has primarily worked for technology and manufacturing companies who are either in growth or transition phases.

He has been in Head of Finance roles for the last 9 years and specializes in operational finance and helping companies scale and grow. He is a lifelong car enthusiast and enjoys driving anything with a manual transmission.

Matt Tudor will work directly with all the executives of the company to ensure budget compliance and help guide the company to future investment and profit.

Anmol Goel is a Strategic Advisor and Fundraising Consultant working with Avi to secure funding and navigate through different stages of business.

He is the Founder of Goel Advisory and Consulting Services, and has helped other corporations raise over $40M USD.

Anmol Is a Shareholder in Avi Vehicles Corporation, and a key member of our team.

Intellectual Property Advisor

Amy Pearson is an experienced Corporate and Patent Attorney with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, patent monetization, and automotive technologies.

Throughout her career, Amy has generated over $100M in patent enforcement, achieving a return on investment (ROI) of 6.5x+. She has prosecuted patents in fields ranging from automotive to consumer electronics, identifying valuable patents and advising on monetization and enforcement strategies. Her expertise includes conducting infringement assessments and creating high-impact intellectual property portfolios.

In addition to her legal expertise, Amy’s hands-on experience as a Mechanical Engineer with companies such as Motorola allows her to bridge the gap between technical innovation and legal protection. She holds a JD and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. Amy is a registered patent attorney with the USPTO and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
